June's release includes new Ironclad AI agents, updates across integrations, workflow administration, and contract data management. Additionally, you can now use Jurist directly inside Microsoft Word, and create legal centers in Ironclad!
Want to see a summary of all of the features included in this release? Check out the Release Summary located at the bottom of this page.
CLM Legal Centers
You can now create legal centers directly within Ironclad CLM.
A legal center is a webpage where you can put your company’s most important legal documents in one easy-to-find place. People can go there to read things like your company’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and download them if needed.
You can also create document templates. A document template is a reusable source document that you create and manage in Ironclad so it can be used exclusively in Legal Centers or Clickwrap workflows. It gives your team a controlled starting point for drafting, editing, and versioning documents.

“Draft Documents” Are Now “Signature Packet Documents”
"Draft documents" has been sunset and unified under “Signature Packet Documents”. Here's what has changed:
-
Conditions that referenced "Draft Documents" now reference "Signature Packet Documents"
- Approval reset configurations that referenced "Draft Documents" now reference "Signature Packet Documents"
- If a document is in the signature packet, it will be considered when these conditions and resets evaluate — regardless of if it was uploaded as an attachment in the launch form or not.
- If a templated or uploaded document is excluded from the signature packet, it will no longer be considered by these conditions/resets.
- For workflows that do not include a Sign stage (no configured signers), the signature packet can appear empty at the Review stage even when draft documents and attachments exist. With this update, affected no-sign workflows now have Main Documents that are automatically populated so that it better reflects the documents on the workflow. These documents are assessed when triggering "signature packet documents" conditions and approval resets.

Ironclad Jurist for Microsoft Word
Jurist now runs natively inside Microsoft Word, bringing AI-powered contract review into the editor your legal team already uses every day.
Reviewers can generate redlines, apply playbook positions, and surface risks inline without leaving the document or switching tools. This extends Jurist beyond contracts drafted in Ironclad to third-party paper and outside counsel workflows, and shortens the path from first draft to signature.
What's New
- Guided prompts. Use built-in actions for redlining, risk review, and summarization.
- Ask Jurist about your document. Open a chat to ask questions about the contract you're reviewing and get answers based on its contents.
- Works on third-party paper. Review outside counsel drafts, not just Ironclad contracts.

Contract Family Agent
The Contract Family Agent will be available through the Early Access Program (EAP) starting June 11, 2026. This agent automatically organizes contracts into parent-child hierarchies, such as MSAs, SOWs, and amendments, to give you a structured view of an entire vendor or customer relationship. It extracts key signals from each document, links parent and child agreements, and builds a Contract Knowledge Graph that captures the full structure of every vendor relationship.
Using the Contract Family Agent helps eliminate the need for manual tagging and stitching together contract relationships. Legal Ops can trigger it on any entity, and the agent organizes the family, flags what it's uncertain about, and routes the rest for human review in a single session.
What's New
- Family tree view. A structured overview of contracts and where they sit in the overall hierarchy.
- In-tree contract preview. Clicking a contract surfaces the documents and its properties inline.
- Verification queue. A new list view that surfaces contracts that were abandoned or need review.
- Reassign contracts in the family. Update relationships as needed.
If you're interested in access, reach out to your Ironclad representative for more information.

Renewal Agent
The Renewal Agent scans upcoming buy-side contract renewals in the Vendor Renewals view on your Dashboard to provide key context in the form of Renewal Briefs. After reviewing a brief, users will be able to launch renewal workflows directly from the Renewal Brief overview panel.
With each Renewal Brief, teams can quickly review:
- A summary of what the contract covers and how it’s used.
- The likely business owner or internal contact responsible for the contract.
- Cost savings opportunities identified by the Cost Savings Agent, such as expiring discounts, underused minimums, and pricing anomalies.
- Vendor health insights that highlight vendor reliability and risk.
Starting May 15, 2026 through September 1, 2026, the Renewal Agent will be available as a free, uncapped trial for all Editions customers.
After September 1, 2026, using the Renewal Agent will require AI Credits.

SAP Integration: Data Foundation and Procurement Automation Packages
Ironclad's SAP integration connects SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA with Ironclad, available in two packages: SAP Data Foundation and SAP Procurement Automation.
SAP Data Foundation keeps supplier records, contract data, and signed agreements consistent between SAP and Ironclad:
- Pre-fill launch forms with SAP Ariba data. Pull supplier or requisition data into Ironclad launch forms, with on-demand refresh during negotiation.
- Sync contracts to SAP Ariba. Automatically send signed PDFs and metadata to the related Ariba Contract Workspace.
- Sync S/4HANA entities with Ironclad. Keep S/4HANA Business Partners up to date in Ironclad, with S/4HANA as the source of truth for vendor data.
SAP Procurement Automation includes everything in Data Foundation, plus capabilities that let contracting and purchasing trigger each other automatically:
- Create an Ironclad contract from an Ariba purchase requisition. Approved requisitions automatically launch pre-filled Ironclad workflows.
- Create an Ariba purchase requisition from an Ironclad contract. Executing a contract automatically creates the requisition in SAP.
- Sync contract terms and line items to Ariba. Push negotiated terms and item-level pricing to the Contract Workspace so downstream POs and invoices validate against contracted rates.
With this integration, procurement and legal teams can eliminate manual data entry between systems and tie every purchase to a contract from the start.

Updates to Snowflake Data Share
The Snowflake integration now gives Security & Data Pro (SDP) customers access to richer contract metadata, not just audit and activity data.
We're expanding the data share to include contract metadata such as:
- Workflow/Record properties
- Obligations
- Entities
- Contract text (captured through OCR) is only available via the Early Access Program (EAP)
This update allows SDP customers to bring in more Ironclad contract data into their Snowflake warehouse so they can create better analytics, governance, and AI workflows without relying on manual exports or custom API pipelines.

Document Conditions, Resets, and No-Sign-Step Migration
We’ve updated how document-based workflow logic works to make configuration clearer and more consistent.
Starting June 11, 2026, conditions and approval resets that previously referenced draft documents will now reference signature packet documents instead. This change helps document logic better reflect the documents that matter in the workflow at the time of review.
For workflows without a Sign step, we’re also updating document organization to make those workflows easier to understand. Instead of using signature-packet language, documents will appear as Main Documents and Reference Documents.

Archive Agent
The Archive Agent is now available through the Early Access Program (EAP). This agent helps teams extract and preserve useful contract data as workflows are archived, reducing manual follow-up work and improving the quality of downstream reporting and search.
If you've signed the EAP agreement, you can enable the Archive Agent directly in Company Settings at any time to help archive workflows:
Go to Company Settings > Ironclad AI.
Under Ironclad Agents, toggle on the Use archive agent to assist with archiving workflows option.
If the toggle is greyed out, this means you haven't signed the EAP agreement yet.
Please note:
Auto Archive must be set to Never on a workflow for the Archive Agent to activate.
If you have multiple instances, signing the EAP agreement only unlocks the instance you signed from.
