Create a Legal Center
As you create your legal center, you can look at the preview window on the right to see what your legal center will look like before you publish it. Any change you make in the Documents or Branding & display tab will be reflected in the preview window.
- Create document templates of the documents you want to include in your legal center. A document template is a reusable source document that you create and manage in Ironclad so it can be used in Clickwrap workflows or published experiences like a legal center. It gives your team a controlled starting point for drafting, editing, and versioning documents.
- Once your document template are created, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and then select Company Settings > Document Templates.
- Click New legal center.
- Click the title in the top left corner to edit the default title. This will be the customer facing title located in the top right of your legal center.
- Click Add document indicated by a plus sign.
- Select the documents you want to include and click Add. The documents are added to your legal center.
- Customize your legal center.
- Configure your legal center’s settings.
- Click Save to save your legal center.
- Click Publish to publish your legal center.
