(Admin-only) Workflow view error: Unable to set attribute.

Your formulas are referencing properties that are conditionally visible or not required, due to this, your workflows are unable to launch due to the referenced properties not having values.

We recommend using the IfExists() function to allow your workflows to fail gracefully when a value for your formulas is not available.
Once you’ve updated your formulas and publish your changes, you can launch your workflows again without any issues.

Error at Sign step: Failed to load signature packet. | This error is typically found when on the signature step or moving to the signature step. This can happen when there is a file that is not supported or if there is a file that isn’t working as expected (typically it will not display when you try and preview it). |
Check if there are files other than .docx, .doc, or pdf. If there are, remove the files that are not supported for sending out for signature.
If all files are supported go through each document and see if any of them have an issue displaying. If so, then reach out to the customer to get the correct file as it is likely corrupt.

Error at launch form submission:An unknown error has occured. | One of the properties you included was not properly tagged. | Go back to the template and make sure your formulas have all of your properties tagged properly. This will resolve the error when you publish the change and launch a new workflow. |
Workflow is stuck after completing Sign step | Your property names only contain numbers. Using solely numbers for property names causes issues when moving from Review to Sign or Archive. | Add a prefix letter after the number such as from 6 to 6A. |
Error at Sign step: An error occurred with the signature packet. | The problem is related to a feature that's enabled on the Ironclad side, but disabled on the eSignature provider's side. If this is a feature you want (the ability to reassign the signature request yourselves), you'll need to check with your eSignature provider to enable. | Modify WFD Sign settings to prevent singers from reassigning their roles when packet is launched to prevent use of ‘signer delegation’ functionality. |
Error at Sign step: An error occurred with the signature packet. | Signature packet has been corrupted with an invalid signature during the Sign step | Create a new version of the PDF using print as PDF to create a new copy and upload it as a partially signed document to your workflow. |
Error at Sign step: An error occurred with the signature packet. | Service Account for eSignature integration requires reauthorization via ‘Relink Account’. | Go to your Company Settings > Integrations > [Your eSignature Provider]. You will find the email address of the service account that facilitates the signature packets on your site. You will need to log into this user and click on the Relink button to resolve this error. Once complete, all affected workflows will be able to send signature packets, or you can use the Refresh signature status button to pull in any updates that have not yet been reflected. |
Workflow is stuck at “Generating Template Document” for company admin | One of your formulas includes a property that is not required or conditionally visible and required. | Modify the formula to use an IfExists() formula on this property to allow it to fail gracefully when no value is available for that property. |
Unable to expand <filename> into "Downloads" | You tried to use bulk download with just one record. | You tried to use bulk download with just one record. We recommend going directly into the record to download the file instead of trying to use the bulk download feature with just one record. |
Waiting for signer to upload the signed agreement or send request for Signatures to the signers. You may assign yourself to this task using the table below. | The cc recipient was the same as the signer. | Remove your signer as an additional recipient of the packet and try sending it again. |
