This topic will walk you through how to set your status and where to view other users’ statuses.
You can set a status in that others can see in a variety of places in Ironclad CLM.
Set Your User Status
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner.
- Click Set status.
- Enter your status.
- If you want the status to clear after a specified period of time, set the time as well.
- Click Save. Your status displays in the top right next to your name.
Update/Clear Your Status
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner.
- Click Update status.
- Update or clear your status.
- Click Save. Your updated status displays in the top right next to your name.
Set Status to Out of Office
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner.
- Click Set status.
- Toggle on Out of office.
- Enter your out of office dates.
- Click Save. Your status displays in the top right next to your name.
Choose a Designee
NOTE
An admin must enable this functionality before you can complete the steps below.
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner.
- Click Set status.
- Toggle on Out of office.
- Enter your out of office dates.
- Select a designee. This is not required.
- Click Save. Your status displays in the top right next to your name.
View a User’s Status
