You can generate an AI summary of your workflows. You can choose whether to view a summary of actions that occurred since you last viewed the contract workflow or since it was launched. The summary aggregates data from the Activity Feed and document versions. You can also refer back to previously generated summaries that were generated for you.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal team member is managing several contract negotiations simultaneously. She opens a workflow for a vendor agreement and clicks to summarize activity. She chooses to view a summary of actions since her last visit, allowing her to quickly catch up on all recent changes, comments, and approvals without reading the entire Activity Feed. The summary is tailored to her view and highlights only the updates she hasn’t seen.

Generate an AI Summary of Recent Activity in Your Workflow
To generate an AI summary of actions that occurred since you last viewed the workflow, click Summarize located in the top right corner of the Activity Feed. Click Activity since your last visit. You can click the thumbs up or down to provide feedback of whether or not the summary is helpful. This feedback will help make our summaries more helpful.
Generate an AI Summary of All Activity Since Workflow Launch
To generate an AI summary of actions since the workflow’s creation, click Summarize located in the top right corner of the Activity Feed. Click Activity since the beginning. You can click the thumbs up or down to provide feedback of whether or not the summary is helpful. This feedback will help train the model.
View Past Summaries
To view previously generated summaries, click Summarize located in the top right corner of the Activity Feed. Click See past summaries. A modal displays with the previously generated summaries.
