Activity Feed Search and Filters – Ironclad

This article will walk you through the workflow activity feed search and filter capabilities.

Filters

You can filter the activity feed by event type:

Comments and emails: Internal and External comments and emails to and from the workflow.
Documents: Includes template generation, document uploads and removals, shared documents, and edited documents.
Properties: Includes original property values and all subsequent value changes.
Approvals: All approvals for all approvers.

You can search for text, events, and comments in the Activity Feed.

You can search the Activity Feed for events related to specific documents, properties, or users on the workflow.

Document: All events — template generation, upload, download, share, edit, removal — related to the selected document.
Property: The original property values and all subsequent value changes for the selected property.
Workflow step: All events in the workflow step — Create, Review, Sign and Archive.
User: All events — assignments, reassignments, actions, mentions — related to the selected User.
Party: For workflows leveraging Connect, all events — messages and document shares — that are shared by the selected party.
Role: All events — assignments, reassignments, actions — by the selected role: Owner, Creator, Internal Form Recipient, Approver, Signature Coordinator, Signer and Archiver.
