This article will provide you with an overview of properties in Workflow Designer.
If the default properties provided in Workflow Designer are not sufficient, you can create custom properties specific to your workflow configuration. You can configure whether or not the property is visible on Dashboard and Insights. In most cases, updating a property's searchability in Workflow Designer and publishing the changes will apply to existing, future, and in-progress workflows.
By default, custom properties are visible within the Dashboard and Insights.
To modify the visibility of a property:
- Click the three stacked dots next to the property you're updating.
Click Edit property.
- Click the Usages tab.
Toggle Visibility to make the property visible or invisible in the Dashboard, Repository, and Insights.
Tip: You can resize the Attributes pane by clicking and dragging its edge. This can help you see more of your properties, conditions, and clauses at a glance.
