This topic will walk you through how to manage template tagging. This includes inserting tags, creating new property tags, and creating new condition tags.
Note: Workflow Designer must be enabled by your Customer Success Manager (CSM). To learn more about Workflow Designer pricing and support packages, contact your CSM or email requests@ironcladapp.com.
Tagging enables you to select areas of the template text that you want Ironclad to replace with a tag, such as the agreement date and the parties' names. When a party fills out the launch form, the information they provide will replace the corresponding tags.
Insert a Tag
Note: Don’t forget to add signature properties to your templates! Your eSignature provider will recognize these tags automatically without you or someone on your team needing to prepare the document manually each time the workflow is used.

- If not already selected, select Tag to enter tagging mode.
