Summary
This article walks you through how to send a reminder email asking a user to sign a document.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations manager has sent a vendor agreement out for signature and is waiting on the counterparty to sign. When the signer has not responded, the manager opens the workflow from the Dashboard and resends the signature reminder from the Sign section to prompt action. This helps Classics Inc. keep signature collection moving, avoid delays at the final stage, and make sure the agreement can be completed as soon as all required signatures are collected.

Remind a User to Sign a Document
After a document has been sent for signatures, send a reminder to the designated signer(s) by clicking the clock icon next to their name. This will trigger a reminder email from your eSignature provider.
- In Ironclad, click the Dashboard tab, and then select a workflow.
- In the Sign section, locate the person you want to remind and in that same row, click Resend Email. Ironclad sends them an email reminding them to sign the document.
