Summary
This article walks you through how to view your most recent workflow notifications, open the full Notifications page, mark notifications as read, and jump directly to a related workflow.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations manager uses workflow activity notifications to stay on top of contract progress without manually checking every workflow. When a new notification appears, they can quickly review the latest update from the bell icon, open all notifications if they need more context, and click a specific notification to go directly to the related workflow. This helps them respond faster to changes, keep work moving, and make sure important updates do not get missed.
