Summary
This article walks you through how to send a reminder email asking a user to provide information.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations manager sends a counterparty form to collect missing business details needed to move a vendor agreement forward, such as the counterparty’s legal entity name, address, or signer information. When the counterparty does not respond right away, the manager opens the workflow from the Dashboard and resends the email from the Complete Forms section so the request stays on track without restarting the workflow. This helps Classics Inc. keep contracts moving, reduce delays caused by missing information, and make sure the agreement can progress to the next stage once the form is complete.

Remind a User to Provide Information
If you choose to have Ironclad collect information from a counterparty for you, an automatic email is sent to the email address you provided. If you fail to receive a response, you can send a reminder.
- In Ironclad, click the Dashboard tab, and then open a workflow.
- In the Complete Forms section, locate the person you want to remind and in that same row, click the three stacked dots > Resend Email. Ironclad sends them an email reminding them to provide the requested information.
