You can use Jurist, Ironclad’s legal AI assistant, to draft, edit, summarize, and conduct research on legal documents. Jurist leverages multiple large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI to deliver a user experience similar to collaborating with a knowledgeable legal colleague. Trained extensively in legal terminology, processes, and contracts, Jurist streamlines your legal workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
Jurist’s intuitive interface allows you to chat, upload documents, apply prompt templates, and receive color-coded redlines. This makes it easier for legal teams to review, revise, and approve documents with confidence.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., the legal team is reviewing a vendor agreement. A paralegal clicks the Jurist icon in Ironclad, uploads the contract, and selects a prompt from the library to initiate a redline review. Jurist analyzes the document, highlights non-standard language, and suggests edits. The team uses the color-coded redlines to quickly identify AI, user, and third-party changes, accepts or rejects suggestions, and downloads a revised contract. This process accelerates review cycles, ensures consistency, and frees up time for higher-value legal work.
