The Prompt Library is your centralized space in Ironclad to save, share, and use prompts for Jurist. It contains prompts created by you, your team, and Ironclad itself, helping you standardize and accelerate your legal workflows. By leveraging the Prompt Library, you minimize repetitive work, reduce manual entry errors, and ensure that best practices are shared across your organization. Whether you’re drafting playbooks, comparing agreements, or extracting obligations, the Prompt Library helps you get started faster and work more efficiently.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal analyst is reviewing a new vendor agreement. Instead of drafting a new prompt from scratch, the analyst opens the Prompt Library from the dashboard, browses company-wide prompts, and selects the “Redline Playbooks” prompt. After customizing it for the current agreement, the analyst saves time and ensures the review aligns with company standards. The result: faster contract turnaround and improved compliance across all agreements.

Save Custom Prompts
You can create and save your own prompts for personal use or share them with your team.
- Open the Prompt Library by clicking Prompts located in the chat box.
- Click the plus (+) sign in the top right corner of the Prompt Library.
- Name your new prompt.
- Add a description of the prompt.
- Enter the prompt text you want to save.
- To share the prompt company-wide, select Include in company wide prompts. Leave it unchecked to keep the prompt private.
- Click Save.
Your prompt will now appear in your library, ready for reuse whenever you or your team needs it.
Use Ironclad Prompts
Ironclad provides a set of out-of-the-box (OOTB) prompts designed for common contract management use cases. These are accessible and searchable within the Prompt Library.
- Open the Prompt Library by clicking Prompts located in the chat box.
- Click on Ironclad or use the search bar to browse available OOTB prompts.
- Review the prompt name to find one that matches your use case.
- Click on the prompt to use or customize it for your workflow.
