This article will walk you through how to use turn tracking. This includes how to enable turn tracking and use it in your Dashboard, records, and workflows.
Turn tracking enables users to signal and filter which party – Internal or Counterparty – is reviewing the draft document. Within a workflow, users can manually change the turn at any time, as well as at key actions that intersect with the document, such as Share, Update Document or Download.
On the Dashboard, turn information is available in filters and columns, allowing users to incorporate that information into the views they build and share. The number of turns, as well as the total time with each party, is automatically saved as part of each record.

This must be done by an administrator. Once you enable turn tracking, it is available to all users in your instance. Any user who has access to a workflow can change the turn.
