This article will provide a basic overview of the Activity Feed. This includes how to view the Activity Feed from the Dashboard, and view a full email thread from the Activity Feed.
Activity Feed
The Activity Feed tracks all of the activity that takes place in each workflow. You can view real-time progress, updates, and even communicate with the other participants in your workflow by adding comments. Various document versions are also captured and saved in the Activity Feed so that you can reference previous negotiations and edits.
Actions Included in the Activity Feed
The following actions are recorded in the Activity Feed:
- Workflow Submitter Generating Document or Submitting Document(s)
- Internal or Counterparty Forms Sent
- Internal or Counterparty Forms Submitted
- Documents Updated (Editor or via Update Document)
- Documents Shared
- Information Edited
- Integrations refreshed from source
- Emails forwarded to the workflow
- Approvals Added or Removed
- Approvals Reset or Undone
- Approvals Collected
- Roles (Approval, Signature Coordination, Sign, Archive) Reassigned
- Assignees Reminded
- @mentions and Comments by Workflow Participants
- Signature(s) Requested
- Signature(s) Viewed and Collected
- Archive Collected
View Activity Feed From the Dashboard
You can view the Activity Feed for both workflows and records.
- Click on the workflow or record whose activity you'd like to view.
- Scroll down to view activities on the workflow or record.
Send Email to a Workflow's Activity Feed
- To forward an email to your workflow, click the mail icon located at the top of the Activity Feed.
- The workflow's unique email address is copied to your clipboard. You can then send emails to this address and they will by added to your Activity Feed.
View Full Email Thread from Activity Feed
An email in the activity feed may have the option to click View full email thread (opens in new tab). This typically happens when:
- An email is replied to using the Share Document feature
- The email is a direct workflow email
Hide Email from Activity Feed
To hide an email in the activity feed:

Click the Hide email content icon (x) next to the email you want to hide.
- Click Hide Email Content.
- Note: Hiding a document is permanent. Once hidden, the document cannot be restored or made visible again. Treat this action as removing the document from view in the Activity Feed, and confirm that you no longer need it displayed before hiding it.
