Review the Contract Family Agent Verification Queue to resolve relationships that require human judgment. The queue lets you confirm, move, add, or remove contracts that the agent could not confidently place in the related contract family.
Use Case
Use this article when Contract Family Agent flags a possible relationship or leaves a contract unresolved. Review the proposed relationship, then choose the action that best represents how the contract belongs in the entity’s family.

Review Contracts in the Verification Queue
The Contract Family Agent sends uncertain items to the verification queue, including:
- Flagged contracts: CFA found a probably relationship but needs confirmation.
- Abandoned contracts: CFA couldn't confidently place the contract in the contract family.
To review a contract:
- Go to the Entities page.

Open the entity you want to review and select Open overview page.
- Click the Contracts tab.

Click the Needs verification pill and select Yes from the dropdown menu.
- For every item that needs verification, click the More options icon (vertical ellipsis) to the right and select one of the following actions from the dropdown menu:
- Move: Reposition the contract elsewhere in the family tree, such as under the correct parent.
- Add child: Place another contract beneath the selected contract.
- Edit amended properties: Choose which metadata values from an amendment should roll up to its parent contract.
- Remove amendment label: Keep the contract in the contract family but stop treating it as an amendment.
- Remove from entity: Disassociate the contract from the entity.
