Enable the Workflow Designer Agent at the company level so workflow admins can use it inside Workflow Designer. The setting is off by default. After an admin turns it on, the WFD Agent is available in the Ironclad Assistant panel inside Workflow Designer.
Use Case
An administrator wants workflow admins to use natural-language requests to create, edit, and audit workflow configurations.

Enable the WFD Agent
The WFD Agent setting is company-level and off by default. Once enabled, the WFD Agent is available inside Workflow Designer to help workflow admins create, edit, and audit workflow configurations.
To enable the WFD Agent:
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Company Settings.
- In the left navigation, select Ironclad AI.
- Under Ironclad Agents, turn on Use the WFD Agent to assist with building and editing workflow configurations.
(Optional) To confirm that the WFD Agent is enabled:
- On the Workflow Designer page, select any workflow.
- Select the Assistant button in the bottom-left corner.
- Ask whether the WFD Agent is active.
- If the WFD Agent isn't active, the response indicates that the assistant is the Ironclad Assistant within Workflow Designer.
- If the WFD Agent is active, the response confirms that the WFD Agent is active.
Once enabled, you can prompt the WFD Agent directly within Workflow Designer.
