Retrieve SAML Value
In Ironclad:
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Company Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click Integrations in the left sidebar menu.
Click SAML under Identity & Access Management.
In the SAML Configuration tab, click Show Additional IdP Settings.
-
Copy the following values exactly into your identity provider:
Service Provider Identifier
Callback URL
The values must match exactly. Do not add, remove, retype, or modify any characters.
Note:
For most NA1 production environments, the Service Provider Identifier
is na1.ironcladapp.com. Always use the value displayed in
Ironclad for the relevant tenant and SAML configuration rather than
relying on a remembered or copied value from another environment.

Multiple Environments
If you use multiple Ironclad environments, such as production and demo, configure each environment with its own SAML configuration and corresponding IdP application.
For each instance:
- Open its SAML settings in Ironclad.
- Copy its Service Provider Identifier and Callback URL.
- Enter those values in the corresponding IdP application.
This article does not cover the complete setup for multiple SAML environments. Contact Ironclad Support before making changes.
