Obligations Dashboard
You can view and manage your obligations from the Obligations dashboard. Instead of reviewing each contract one at a time, you can use the dashboard to monitor obligations across your contracts in one place.
From the dashboard, you can create new obligations, update existing ones, and filter obligations by key properties. You can also use out-of-the-box views or save custom views to focus on the obligations that matter most, such as obligations by status, type, assignee, or due date.
Roll-up cards give you an at-a-glance summary of your obligations portfolio, helping you quickly spot which obligations are open, overdue, or need verification.
Filter Obligations
You can filter obligations to narrow the list and focus on the records you need. For example, you can filter by obligation properties, dates, and obligation types. This makes it easier to review the right obligations for a specific task or deadline. To learn more, refer to Search and Filter Obligations.
Add Columns
You can add columns to the obligations dashboard to show more obligation data in the table. Columns are based on obligation properties, so you can display the fields that matter most to your team without opening each obligation. To learn more, refer to Add a Column to the Obligations Dashboard .
Export Obligations
You can export obligations from the dashboard when you need to share data, review records outside Ironclad, or use obligation data in other tools. You can export the obligations in a view or select individual obligations, and choose which columns to include in the export. To learn more, refer to Export Obligations.
Save and Use Views
You can save custom views to reuse the same filters without rebuilding them each time. This helps you return to common obligation lists faster, such as obligations by status, type, or due date. To learn more, refer to Save a Custom View on the Obligations Dashboard.
