You can edit your Ironclad documents in Microsoft Word using Ironclad’s seamless integration with Jurist. This allows you to open contracts directly in Word, make changes in a familiar environment, and have those edits automatically sync back to Jurist and Ironclad, no manual uploads or downloads required.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal associate needs to revise a contract using advanced formatting only available in Microsoft Word. From Jurist, they open the document in Word, make the required changes, and close the file when finished. Within 30 seconds, the edits appear back in Jurist, ready for further review or collaboration.
