You can view an entity’s details including its data, related contracts, entity family, and obligations (if applicable).
Use Case
At Classics Inc., the legal team needs to prepare for a contract renewal with WonderWeb. Before starting, they review the entity’s details to understand all relevant information, including key data, related contracts, and any obligations tied to the entity.

View Entity Details
To view an entity’s details, go to the Entities tab, select the entity you want to view, and click Open overview page (indicated by two arrows).
There are three tabs available:
Details
The Details tab contains the entity’s information.
Contracts
The Contracts tab displays all of the contracts associated with the entity.
Obligations
This tab displays all of the obligations that are tagged on contracts associated with the entity that you can view. Obligation permissions are inherited from the associated contracts. This tab may not be available in your Ironclad instance. If you want to learn more about enabling obligations in your environment, please reach out to your Ironclad representative.
Entity Families
If you want to create or view entity relationships, click the Entity Families button (indicated by a decision tree icon) located next to the entity’s name at the top. This can be accessed from any tab. To learn more about Entity Relationships, refer to Manage Entity Families.
