Context Surrounding the New Click-to-Accept Experience
In 2021, Ironclad acquired PactSafe, the leader in Clickwrap technology. PactSafe’s primary mission was to push the limits of contract acceptance velocity and volume, and did so by defining the Clickwrap Transaction Platform (CTP). It is from there that we built out the ability to add a new acceptance method, Click-to-Accept, into Ironclad CLM. In 2023, we introduced Ironclad Signature and are now unifying the Ironclad Signature and Click-to-Accept document presentation and acceptance experiences. The new experience offers most of the features previously available, as well as new functionality. Custom email branding is not yet available in the new experience.
