- Verify Track Changes is toggled on or off. If Track Changes is toggled off, AI Assist will make edits directly in your contract. If Track Changes is toggled on, AI Assist will make suggestions with Track Changes enabled.
- Highlight a block of text within the editor. We recommend highlighting full paragraphs so the AI has enough context to make informed edits. We recommend highlighting no more than ten paragraphs, though that amount of text can take the AI a long time to process.
- Under the highlighted text, a menu displays. Click Draft Redlines. A modal displays and loads AI Assist’s Redline modal.
- Enter your instructions and click Redline.
- After a few moments, suggestions will start displaying. You can scroll through them using the Previous and Next buttons.
- Once you find a suggestion you like, click Replace.
Summarize Content
AI Assist only summarizes committed text. It does not summarize redlines.
- To summarize the content, click Summarize. A modal displays and loads AI Assist’s summarization.
- You can then copy the summarization by clicking Copy located at the bottom of the modal.
