Access Token Usability Improvement

Access tokens, used for the Clickwrap REST API, are tied to the specific users who created them. Now, if you delete a user with an access token, the access token is transferred to that Clickwrap site's Owner, when possible.

Enable Snapshots in iFrame Popovers

Previously, if you attempted to capture a Snapshot of an iFrame popover on your website, any commands applied to the elements within the iFrame would error. Now, Command Builder supports interactions with elements in the iFrame so you can capture Snapshots of iFrames in popovers.

Slack Integration

Ironclad now includes an out of the box integration with Slack, allowing users to receive notifications from Ironclad and initiate contract workflow request flows from within Slack.
Workflow participants can customize their notification preferences, such as when a workflow is launched, when they are mentioned in a comment, and approval notifications.

Playbook Templates Moved to Configuration Templates

Playbook templates have been moved to Workflow Designer configuration templates. Playbooks templates works just like Workflow Designer configuration. Limited changes other than Playbook updates are included in Workflow Designer configuration version history & allowing more control over publishing Playbook changes.

Salesforce Integration V3 in the AppExchange

Sales users now have more negotiation and collaboration capabilities in Salesforce, helping reps remain fully within Salesforce. View and respond to workflow comments, add workflow participants using @mentions, upload new document versions, share documents with counterparties, and more.
This new version includes the following updates:
- Upload new document versions received from the counterparty (including fully signed signature packets)
- Get full access to Ironclad’s powerful document viewer, including version comparison plus DOCX and PDF downloads
- View and respond to workflow comments with a shared activity feed
- Add new workflow participants using @mentions
- Email workflow documents to counterparties
- More admin tracking and controls
This update also includes the following bug fixes:
The default packaged permission sets have been reduced in scope. The Ironclad Admin permission set now just includes:
- Object permissions: Error Log, Setup Data
- Custom Permission: ironclad.Ironclad
- Workflow Permissions
- Necessary Apex classes
- Necessary Visualforce Page
The Ironclad Standard User permission set now just includes:
- Object permission: Error Log (Create, Read if admin enables tab permission)
- Custom Permission: ironclad.Ironclad Workflow Permissions

Legacy Salesforce Integration: Linked Source Configuration Update

The Linked Source functionality for Salesforce Workflow Sync has been updated. For Salesforce objects with multiple workflows launched from the same source object, only the linked source field on that Salesforce object for the most recently launched workflow will be updated.
No action is needed to keep the integration functional, but consider coordinating with your company's Salesforce support team to update any downstream reporting, process builder/Salesforce Flow processes, etc. that rely on this field.
It is encouraged to upgrade to the latest Salesforce integration version and turn off the legacy linked source feature at your earliest convenience (see Salesforce Integration V3 in the AppExchange above for more information).

Autocomplete for Fields in Workflow Designer

Autocomplete functionality is now available in the field creation and tagging experience in WFD. When you type in a field name when tagging a document, you will see suggestions in your configuration and elsewhere in your instance that will help you keep data consistent across your records. This will decrease the number of duplicate properties that are created in WFD.

Import via Cloud Storage

You can import files from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive via either Smart Import or regular import. The import processes remain the same, but the source can now be pulled from cloud storage, and can import from multiple sources in a single import.

Invite Existing Users Minor Bug Fix

AI Assist can help accelerate contract review and negotiation, using OpenAI’s ChatGPT-4 technology to suggest changes to make to the contract.
