How to Sign In

This topic will walk you through how to sign in to your Ironclad account and reset your password.

If you are not sure which sign-in method to use, please reach out to your company’s legal team or your internal Ironclad Admin.

Sign In Using Your Ironclad Account

You can log in to Ironclad using your Ironclad credentials.

1. Go tohttps://ironcladapp.com/signin.
   • Note: If you are logging in for the first time, click the Sign In button located in the initial email you received from Ironclad to create a password and sign in. If you're not receiving emails from Ironclad regarding your password, refer to Common Reasons for Unreceived Email Notifications.
2. Enter the email associated with your Ironclad account.
3. Click Continue.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click Sign In.

Sign In Using a One-Time Link

Whether or not you have a set password, you can choose to log in to Ironclad using a one-time link. You can’t use this method if your company has SSO or SAML enabled.

1. Go to https://ironcladapp.com/signin.
2. Enter the email associated with your Ironclad account.
3. Click Continue.
4. Under the Submit button, click one-time link. An email containing a one time link is sent to the email associated with your Ironclad account.
5. In the email, click SIGN IN TO IRONCLAD.

Reset Your Ironclad Password

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it with a password reset link sent to the email associated with your account.

1. Go to https://ironcladapp.com/signin.
2. Enter the email associated with your Ironclad account.
3. Click Restore Password. An email is sent to you with a password reset link.

Sign In Using Your Google Account

You can log in to Ironclad using your Google account.

1. Go to https://ironcladapp.com/signin.
2. Click Sign in with Google.
3. Enter your company email address and password.
4. Click Sign In.
5. If you have trouble logging in for the first time, follow these suggestions and try again:
   • Enable third-party cookies.
   • Clear your cached images and files.
   • Verify that pop-ups are enabled for Ironclad.
   • Verify that your Chrome extensions are not blocking Ironclad. An easy way to determine if this is the problem is by logging in through incognito mode.

Sign In Using SSO/SAML

You can log in to Ironclad using SSO or SAML.

1. Go to https://ironcladapp.com/signin.
2. Enter your email. You are directed to your company’s standard sign-in page.
3. If this does not work, try going to your SSO/SAML provider and looking for an Ironclad link.
4. If neither of those work, reach out to support@ironcladapp.com or your company’s IT team.
