Instead of manually re-entering requisition data into your Ironclad launch form, you can pull it directly from Coupa. Ironclad will pre-fill your launch form with mapped properties from the linked requisition.

Launch an Ironclad Workflow from a Coupa Requisition
To launch an Ironclad workflow from a Coupa requisition:
- In your Dashboard, click New in the upper right corner and select Start a workflow.
- Select the contract you want to link and click Use this workflow to open the launch form.
- Next to Select an integration to link data from, click Link data source.
- Under Pull Requisition from Coupa > Coupa record, search for the record you want to link by its requisition title or ID.
- Select the workflow and click Fill Launch Form.
- Review the pre-filled information and click Save or Submit when ready.
If a workflow already exists for the requisition, clicking Fill Launch Form will return a link to the existing workflow.
