Contract Reminder Permissions
Contract reminder permissions let you control which groups can view or manage contract reminders. You can grant reminder access to a group without making its members company admins. There are two levels of permissions:
- View Reminders lets group members see all contract reminders, not only their own.
- Edit Reminders lets group members create, edit, and delete company reminders. You can enable this without View Reminders, but enabling both is the typical setup for people who manage reminders day to day.
Company admins and admin groups have both permissions enabled by default. Other groups do not have these permissions by default, but their members can still see their own reminders. Without the permissions, they can't see other people's reminders or create, edit, or delete contract reminders.
Configure Contract Reminder Access
- Go to Company settings > Groups.
- Select the group you want to give access to.
- Click the Access Rules tab, and then locate the Reminders category.
- Click Add access rule.
- Select View, Edit, or both.
- Save your changes.
