Before you begin
- Identify the policy you want to use as a starting point.
- Review its groups, access rules, and scope.
- Decide which details the new policy needs to keep or change.
- You can duplicate both system and custom policies. If you duplicate a system policy, the duplicate becomes a custom policy that you can edit.
- If a policy (either system or custom) is applied to groups, when you duplicate the policy, the groups applied to the policy will also be duplicated. Make sure to review usages before saving.
