Enable Contract Family Agent so authorized users can organize related contracts into family trees. An admin manages the feature for the company. After it is enabled, users can run it from an entity’s Contracts view.
Use Case
Enable Contract Family Agent when your team wants to organize related agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and amendments without manually linking each relationship. After the feature is enabled, authorized users can update a contract family for an entity and review relationships that require confirmation.

Enable Contract Family Agent
To enable the Contract Family Agent for your company:
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Company Settings.
- In the left side panel, select Ironclad AI.
- Under Ironclad Agents, toggle on Use Contract Family Agent to assist with linking related contracts.
When this setting is on, Contract Family Agent identifies and links related contracts into families.
(Optional) Confirm the Contract Family Agent has been enabled:
- In the top navigation bar, select Entities.
- Open an entity whose contracts you want to organize.
- Confirm that Update contract family is available in the upper right corner.
