Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations team uses Smart Import to add a large set of executed contracts to the Repository and extract record properties with AI. Instead of reviewing every imported record manually, they use the Flagged for review view to find flagged values, check the source information in each contract, and update or clear flags for records that need attention.

To access the Flagged for review view, you need the property manage permission. This permission is assigned through groups, so you can access the view when you belong to a group with this permission. To review and resolve flags, you need Edit access to the record type associated with the record. If you have View access only, you can see the flag but cannot review or resolve it. |
How Confidence Scoring and Flagging Works
When you use Smart Import, Ironclad AI flags values that may benefit from review. On the Flagged for review view, flagged values appear in yellow text with a flag icon.
Selecting a flagged value lets you review why Ironclad AI flagged it and see where the value came from in the document. You can also edit the value or remove the flag.
Review a Flagged Property Value
Flagged records are active. Review is recommended but not required.
- In the left sidebar, select Flagged for review.
- Review the flagged values. Select a flagged value to see why Ironclad AI flagged it and view its source citation.
- Edit the extracted value as needed. The flag is automatically removed.
- If you do not want to edit the value, select Remove Flag to clear the flag.
