This article walks you through how to archive a workflow.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations team archives completed workflows that no longer need to remain active. Before archiving, they review the workflow properties and complete any required fields so the final values are recorded for future reference.

Archive a Workflow
Open the workflow you want to archive. When you reach the archive step, click View and edit properties. On the archive form, complete the questions to assign values to the properties. Review the information you entered, then complete the archive step. The property values are recorded when the workflow is archived.
Table of Contents
Hover over the horizontal lines on the left to display the table of contents. Click a section to jump to it in the form. Click Collapse sections to collapse all sections, or click Expand sections to display all questions.
Click Pin sidebar to keep the table of contents visible on the left.
Jump to Empty Fields
At the bottom of the form, use the Jump to empty fields controls to find unanswered questions. Click the up or down arrow to move between empty fields.
