At Classics Inc., a legal operations user organizes contract metadata so related properties appear together and in a consistent order across workflows. In Workflow Designer, the user opens the Properties and Conditions tab, selects Reorder from the add menu, creates sections, and drags properties into sections or rearranges them before saving.

Admins or users with Workflow Designer editing permissions can organize and reorder metadata.
Organize and Reorder Metadata
Organizing metadata helps you track information more efficiently. You can create sections and reorder properties to control how they appear in the Properties section of a launched workflow or completed record.
Create a New Section
Log into your Ironclad account.
Click the Workflow Designer tab.
Select the workflow configuration you’re organizing.
Click the Properties and Conditions tab in the Attributes panel on the left.
Click the plus icon, and select Reorder under Update Metadata.
Click Add Section at the top of the Reorder Metadata panel.
Name the new section.
Drag and drop relevant properties into the new section.
Click Save in the top right corner of the Workflow Designer.
Reorder Properties
Log into your Ironclad account.
Click the Workflow Designer tab.
Select the workflow configuration you’re reordering.
Click the Properties and Conditions tab in the Attributes panel on the left.
Click the plus icon, and select Reorder under Update Metadata.
Drag and drop the properties to reorder them.
Click Save in the top right corner of the Workflow Designer.
