This article walks you through how to upload a signed document.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations user receives a vendor agreement signed outside Ironclad and uploads it to the workflow’s signature packet. The user clicks Upload, selects the signed document, identifies the signers, and confirms the upload so the workflow can proceed to the Archive step.

Upload a Signed Document
- In the Signature packet section located in the top right, click Upload.
- Select your signed document and click Next: Select signers.
- Note: If the Upload button is disabled, it means you don’t have permission to upload signed documents for this workflow. Contact an admin to upload the signed packet on your behalf.

Select the signers whose signatures are included in the document.
- You can now click Confirm and proceed to the Archive step, or click the dropdown next to the button to select Confirm and proceed to save packet.
