This article walks you through how to add and remove signers.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a signature coordinator updates a vendor agreement by adding a required signer and removing someone who no longer needs to sign. In the Ready to sign section, the coordinator clicks Add signer and enters the new signer’s information; to remove a signer, the coordinator opens the signer’s three-dot menu and selects Remove signer.

Add/Remove a Signer
- In the Ready to sign section, click Add signer.
- To add an additional counterparty signer, enter the signer’s name and email. Add a comment describing why you are adding the new signer, and then click Add signer.
- To add an additional company signer, enter the signer’s role name, and then click the Signatory dropdown. Select the user you want to add. Click Add signer.
- After you add the new signer, you must place signature tags.
- If you want to remove a signer, click the More options icon (vertical ellipsis) next to the signer you want to remove, and then click Remove signer.
