Summary
This article walks you through how to add CC recipients to a signer's signature request email.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a signature coordinator adds an internal stakeholder or counterparty contact as an eSignature CC recipient so they can receive the signature request and track its progress without signing. Before sending the contract, the coordinator clicks Add CC, selects Add eSignature CC, and enters the recipient’s email address. The signature packet must not have been sent for signature.

Add CC Recipients
Signature coordinators can add CC recipients to a signer’s request email during the Sign step if the related workflow is in progress. Recipients can view and follow the progress of the signature request once they’ve been added. You can only add CC recipients during the Sign step if the signature packet hasn’t been sent yet.
- In the Ready to sign section, click Add CC.
- Select Add eSignature CC and enter an email or user name.
- You can remove a CC by hovering over the recipient and selecting the X icon.
