Summary
This article walks you through how to use conditions in your workflow configurations to show or hide document text in Workflow Designer.
Use Case
Classics Inc. uses conditions in Workflow Designer to show or hide specific content in its documents based on the details of each request. For example, the legal operations team creates conditions so a data processing section appears only when a deal involves customer data, while region-specific governing law language is shown only for counterparties in certain locations. They can also hide optional clauses, such as implementation or security terms, when those provisions are not relevant to the request. By using conditions to control document content, Classics Inc. can generate agreements that are more accurate, easier to review, and tailored to each contract scenario.
