Summary
This article walks you through how to configure document generation using conditions.
Use Case
Classics Inc. uses conditions in Workflow Designer to generate the right document for each contract request. For example, the legal operations team creates conditions so an NDA is generated for standard confidentiality requests, while an MNDA is generated when both parties need to share confidential information. They can also use conditions to generate supporting documents, such as a security addendum or order form, only when those documents are relevant to the request. By generating documents conditionally, Classics Inc. can ensure users receive the correct paperwork automatically, reduce manual document selection, and keep workflows more accurate and efficient.
