Summary
This article walks you through how to edit a global condition in Conditions Manager. To learn more about local and global conditions and how they differ, refer to Local and Global Conditions.
Use Case
Classics Inc. uses Conditions Manager to maintain a global condition that routes high-value agreements to Finance for approval when the contract value exceeds a set threshold. Later, the legal operations team updates that condition to reflect a new policy by raising the approval threshold and refining the description so admins understand when to use it. Because the condition is managed centrally in Conditions Manager, the team can make the update once instead of editing the same rule across multiple workflow configurations. This helps Classics Inc. keep approval logic consistent, reduce manual maintenance, and apply policy changes more efficiently across its contracting processes.
