Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal team member needs to bring a colleague into an active workflow so they can review updates and collaborate. The workflow owner opens the workflow from the Dashboard, @mentions the user in the Activity Feed, and adds the comment to invite them into the workflow.

Invite a User to Join an Active Workflow
- Click the Dashboard tab, and then select the workflow you want to invite the user through.
- In the Activity Feed, @mention the user. Click Add Comment.
