Summary
This article walks you through how to configure your email notifications. By default, you receive the email notifications detailed in When are Email Notifications Sent? If you want, you can opt to receive more notifications.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations manager wants more visibility into contract activity, so they go to Personal Profile > Notifications and change Workflow Emails from Default to More to also receive emails for comments and when workflows are fully executed or canceled. If they want broader oversight, they can also turn on emails for all updated workflows they own, helping them stay informed without checking Ironclad as often.
Prerequisites
| Features | Workflow Activity Notifications |
| Permissions | Workflow activity notifications are available to users who have access to a workflow as participants, through workflow access permissions, or by being @mentioned, which grants them access to that single workflow. |
