Use Case
At Classics, Inc., the legal operations team updates an existing reminder for contracts expiring in the next 90 days after ownership changes across the business. They open the reminder in Company Settings, change the recipients from a specific user to Workflow Owner, update the email message, and save the reminder so future notifications go to the right contract owners.

Edit a Contract Reminder
In Ironclad, click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Navigate to Company Settings > Notifications > Contract Reminders.
Locate the reminder you want to update. On this page, you can view the contract reminders you created and any reminders where you are a recipient. If you are an administrator, you can view all existing contract reminders.
Open the reminder and update the settings you want to change. For example, you can update the recipients, email body, schedule, or included properties, depending on what you need to adjust.
Save your changes by clicking Update.
