Summary
This article will walk you through how to import clause into the Clause Library.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal operations manager uses the Clause Library to bulk import approved clauses and clause types using an .xlsx template, making it faster to add standardized language at scale instead of creating each clause manually. Once imported, those clauses can be reused across workflow configurations and maintained from one central location, helping the team keep contract language consistent as templates evolve.
