What's Included in v3.77
Salesforce has introduced new security requirements for partner-managed Connected Apps and External Client Apps, including PKCE and Refresh Token Rotation, with additional refresh-token controls rolling out ahead of the May 11, 2026 compliance deadline.
If re-authorization is needed after upgrading, the experience should look largely the same as it does today, with the updated security handling happening behind the scenes.
Do I Need to Re-Authorize?
You only need to take action if either of the following is true:
- You are setting up a new Ironclad Salesforce connection.
- You need to re-authorize an existing Ironclad Salesforce connection.
If your current connection remains active, you do not need to upgrade or re-authorize immediately.
Re-authorize the Ironclad Salesforce Connection
If you need to re-authorize the connection:
Upgrade to the latest Ironclad Salesforce managed package, version 3.77.
Open the Ironclad Setup Assistant in Salesforce.
Click Authorize.
Sign in to Salesforce when prompted.
Approve the connection.
