You can edit targeted sections of your contract using Jurist’s interactive editing tools. By highlighting a specific clause or paragraph, you can instruct Jurist to make precise changes, which are then displayed as highlighted redlines for easy review.
Use Case
At Classics Inc., a legal associate is reviewing a vendor agreement in Jurist. After receiving initial feedback, the associate needs to update only the indemnification clause. They highlight the clause, click Edit with input, and provide detailed instructions in the chat (e.g., “Make this clause mutual and clarify the scope of damages”). Jurist applies the requested changes, displaying them as redlines. The associate toggles the redlines to review the edit and downloads the contract for further internal review.
