Use Case
At Classics Inc., a Legal Counsel uses Jurist to review and finalize contract drafts before approval. While working in Jurist, they add and edit comments directly alongside the document to note key changes or issues to revisit later. They can use internal comments to collaborate with teammates privately and external comments to communicate with counterparties about the reasoning behind redlines. When they save their contract, all comments automatically sync back to the workflow in Ironclad.
