This enhancement will allow you to add additional documents, rename these documents, remove and replace them as negotiations progress. Also, you will be able to run redlines and utilize the Editor feature to update all of these documents and versions.
Note: The uploading of an additional document via Update Document will not trigger any additional approvers set up in your Workflow Designer template.
- Add Additional Documents, and upload them directly into the workflow
- Rename existing files by clicking the 3 dots dropdown next to the file
If you no longer wish to rename the files, just click the X next to the file name to exit.
- Remove any workflow documents that are no longer required
Note: this will remove the entire document history, not just the current version of file.
- Replace the most recent version of the document with a new version. This will maintain the version history of the document, allow you to run redlines, or create any additional edits as needed.
Once you have completed all of your document updates, leave a comment, and click submit.
Additional documents will be included as part of the Signature Packet and will require the Signature Coordinator to place signature tags before sending them out for eSignature.
