Under the Sign tab of your Workflow Designer template, click Settings to view the eSignature Experience template.
There are three sections to the eSignature Experience with two options.
eSignature request trigger
For this part, you have two options,
- Automatically sent after last approval
- Sent by Signature Coordinator
Reassignments in eSignature
For this part, you can determine whether signature requests can be reassigned.
- Signers cannot reassign themselves
- Signers can reassign themselves
eSignature request email
To adjust or customize your eSignature request expand the email section by clicking the down button. Here you can adjust the Packet title, as well as the message that will be sent to all signers.
