Edit Information (in-progress workflows)
After your workflow has been launched, you can edit the agreement metadata by selecting the Edit Info option in the Review & Change step.
Archive Step (in-progress workflows)
If you are assigned to the Archive role in an agreement, you will have the option to edit the metadata one last time before completing the workflow
Record (fully executed agreements)
To edit an agreement’s metadata after a workflow is complete, access the agreement in the Repository tab and select the Edit button on the right.
Note: You will only have access to records with a record type you have been granted access to. To request access, please speak to a system administrator at your company.
In the repository tab, click on a record to preview its information.
Click the document name to open the full record so it can be edited.
Click the Edit button on the right to edit the metadata.
Add additional info by selecting Create New Property and choosing a property category from the dropdown menu.
Editing Workflow Record Documents in Repository
Use the plus sign (+) next to 'Document Versions' to upload additional documents into an existing record. Use the X to remove documents.
Note: Adding or removing documents from a record does not add or remove them from your document provider linked to Ironclad.
- You can upload one document at a time and can upload either a .docx or .pdf file type. By specifying whether the document contains signatures or not you will classify the document as a signed agreement versus additional documentation in the metadata.
