Please check that the email address submitted in the launch form is entered correctly. If it is incorrect, you can change it in the ‘Edit Info’ form. See How to Change a Document for more information.
The email is in the recipient’s spam/junk folder.
Check to make sure that that the email was not labeled as spam and filtered into a junk folder.
The recipient’s email filters are blocking the email.
- For Ironclad emails, make sure that the email settings are not blocking messages from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For signature requests, make sure that the email settings are not blocking messages from your eSignature platform.
