This option on the Review and Change page will allow modifications to the agreement details previously submitted in the launch form. Once your changes have been made, add a comment about the edits and click "Update Information" to save.
This feature allows for changes made to the contents of the document not entered in the launch form fields. You can download the document, edit, and then upload the new version of the agreement or change to a new file type during the Review step of the workflow.
Note: For templatized workflows, the Edit Info tool will no longer update the document after you upload a new version.
Select the file that you want to upload into the workflow, which can be .docx, .doc or PDF. This file extension can be different from the file type of the original template or uploaded document.
Note: Version comparison is only available on .doc or .docx in the document viewer.
